My thought as well, and I can't get it out my head >.<
Well, maybe I could if I could have gotten into the song, but since I can't make out even half of what he says, it mostly registers as "sad piano, sad singing, sad piano, cigarette smoke", nothing more - nothing specific. And my brain goes "... well the producing is good and the song isn't bad. But after 4 years I was kind of expecting something more".
Also my snarky side added "I bet Bill decided to get rid of the septum after watching the video a couple of times and getting bored with the close-up on it".
